Rating and Service Management

BW2i allows a service provider to create an infinite combination of pre-paid and post-paid packages through a configurable rule-based rating engine. The engine supports flat-rate, event-based (event specific), duration-based (minutes), quantity based (packets) and quality based (bandwidth). The packages can be PoP (Point of Presence) specific allowing a system administrator to create different packages for different PoPs. In addition to this, schemes, which act as temporary promotional packages can be created and activated for certain duration.

Auto Subscription Management

The system monitors the usage and automatically takes the suitable action as per the user pre defined user account parameters (usage hour, subscription expiry date etc.) for :

  Enabling/disabling user accounts
  Disconnecting users
  Sending reminders/warning ect.

 

Billing and Accounts Management

The system is capable of handling different billing requirements such as on-demand billing, monthly invoicing, external billing, system options and payment processing. With BW2i, a service provider can provide its subscribers a single consolidated bill for all the different services they procure.

Online Service Management

A comprehensive online interface of the system allows a user to avail various services such as; subscribing to additional service, checking the usages, billing information, paying the bills, mail forwarding, changing password etc.

Arhant RadDB Interface

Arhant RadDB Interface bridges the BW2i system with the XT Radius and NAS. Besides the normal authentication of dial-up subscribers against a database, it provides:

  Authentication of email-only and Internet subscribers from the same NAS.
  Any number of simultaneous logins.
  Roaming control.

 

 

 

Administration

BW2i has an administration module for the management of the system. For enhanced security, the system administrators are authenticated based on their sysadmin, password and login IP address.

CRM Module

Data mining feature of BW2i allows a subscriber to accurately study the user profiling and usages pattern to enhance the service quality. It also allows the provider to identify profitable client and profitable services.
