We have developed and adopted a quality assurance program, which has proven extremely effective. Following are some of the components of the program:

Configuration Management

The organization has an established configuration management practice for better change management and version control. We extensively use tools like PVCS, Microsoft VSS.

Quality Control

The Quality Control activities are carried out with periodic reviews and audits. Reviews are conducted at critical project milestones and deliverables. The review is made according to a well defined structured review process.

Testing

The validation of the project deliverable is carried out by the independent testing team. As per the process, the testing team is involved right from the project initiation. During the requirements phase, the testing team evolves the testing strategy and plan.

System Administration

System Administration Group ensures that adequate computing resources are available and maintained for smooth operation. This group is primarily responsible for administering hardware, software, operating system, network and disaster management.
